Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Estimated Shipping Times
To provide you with premium automotive solutions at the best possible value, our products are shipped directly from our specialized manufacturing partners.
- Standard International Shipping: 7 to 15 business days.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Occasional delays may occur due to high global shipping volumes or customs processing in your country.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the system. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status at any time.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Fertrauen is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your premium jump starter and inflator kit arrives damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at contact.fertrauen@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will always work toward a satisfactory solution to get you back on the road.
